Basketball Hawkes Bay provides a holiday programme that runs every school holidays for 1 week. 

A top coaching team will take children through a full week of basketball based fun. Participants will learn and develop their skills with the opportunity to play plenty of games, agility drills, shooting mechanics, footwork drills. Daily prizes, end of camp awards & more.

The camp is open to children of all basketball abilities aged 5-18yrs and the programme of activity is based around the national coaching standard: Basketball New Zealand Kiwi Hoops. All of our coaching team are either accredited Kiwi Hoops coaches or are working towards accreditation and fully vaccinated.

Camp Dates for 2023:

• January: Mon 16th - Fri 20th - Held at Centennial Hall, Latham St, Napier
• April: Tues 17th - Fri 21st -Held at Centennial Hall, Latham St, Napier
• July: Mon 10th - Thurs 13th (4 days only due to Matarki Public Holiday) - Held at Centennial Hall, Latham St, Napier
• October: Mon 2nd to Fri 6th - Held at Centennial Hall, Latham St, Napier

Other camp details include:

• 8yrs and over attend for full days
• 5-7 year olds enter the Bounce League which runs for half days
• The standard camp fee for 8yrs and over is $230
• Camp fee for 5-7yrs is $150
• A $50 per child deposit is required for all bookings (including OSCAR customers).
• There are discounts for family bookings and Community Service Card holders for regular camp (full days)
• There are no discounts for Bounce League (half days)
• Deposits and fees are non-refundable
• There is no refund for absence/non-attendance/withdrawal
